I started drinking sparkling water to cut back on soda and it helped me a lot. I went from 3 Coke per day to one.

It tricks my brain into thinking it’s soda with the carbonation lol

I'm the same way, my body is addicted to carbinated water, even if it's just slightly flavored cardinated water I'm good.
