I loved the energy the team came out with. Mashack is getting more comfortable. He’s not an elite scorer, but his quickness on offense is opening things up. I can’t wait to see him develop more.

The best thing Mashack can do on offense is when he has a step going to the basket is take it strong. He is very quick, if he can learn to drive under control he can create some offense. If he develops a quick mid range jumper off the dribble he can really be a weapon next year. He needs to hit the boards hard. His defense and rebounding is very very good.

If Maschack can hit threes somewhat consistently, I’m not opposed to just giving all of Keys minutes to him in March if Julian comes back. Rotation has to be shrunk at some point and Key really doesn’t give this team anything at all if he isn’t hitting perimeter shots.
