It is unreal how this team finds ways of going on huge scoreless runs against any team they play. That is one thing you can count on

Probably, but Barnes seem pretty calm on the bench. I am pleased he, Barnes, is playing everyone.

You think Barnes is going to be happy with the 2nd half performance? Even if you are tying a few things and giving the bench guys some minutes, you still have to play the game with some pride and intensity.

To be clear, not bashing the team or whatever. Just need to see some maturity in situations like we saw in the 2H.

It’s finals week. These players are not robots who just do basketball and only exist to be pawns for your entertainment.

He’s not, and that’s the point. He’s playing the young guys a lot of minutes and now has tape for them to improve from.

If the goal was to win by 36 we would have seen the same 8 man rotation we saw against Illinois.

not really at all. Terrible competition, diffferent rotations. Frequent substitutions lead to sloppy play. Means absolutely nothing.

Phillips has played a number of minutes and I have not seen very much from him. I think Barnes is giving him the opportunity to show him his game and he has not done it.

Second half was well, pitiful to say the least. Wasn’t expecting it either. Be alright. I def take a guess and say the next won’t be fun.

I’m done with this crap. WE CANNOT PLAY LIKE THIS AGAINST A GOOD TEAM. This is how a season ends in the NCAA tournament. Crap second halves. Or crap first halves. We’ve had a few of both! This team needs to figure out how to play an entire game. We did against Illinois and my hope is that we will recover from this and be better from it. I’m playing 8 guys the rest of the season unless we have a couple guys step up, but I’m not seeing it right now. Go 8 or 9 deep and don’t EVER freaking take your foot of the gas!!
