I just hope if Barnes isn’t going to pull the leash on Gainey, that he figures out his shot and works into the flow of the offense sooner rather than later.

It’s a valid criticism of Barnes this year. Gainey with way too long of a leash - if he has one at all

I counted 6. DK missed a dunk and a layup in one sequence. Aidoo, Mashack, Gainey and ZZ all missed one too.

That’s not Gainey’s fault. He was passed the ball with less than 4 seconds.

Yeah. He had to shoot it, but I’d rather ZZ have shot instead of passing. That’s on ZZ not Gainey but Gainey still missed it. He needs to find his shot in a hurry and I’d rather him do it in practice
