If only SV would shoot…we’ve complained about offense, and Gainey at least isn’t afraid. I get that he’s struggled. But he’s also shown some flashes if he can just be consistent.

I know the competition is radically different, but he was awesome at USC Upstate. Pretty sure he shot 40% or better from 3 there. Seemed to score 20+ every time I watched them

We were in the paint a lot but couldn't buy a foul, ZZ got shoved into the stands on one. They shot 8 free throws to our 2 even though we shot 10 more shots.

He’s missed open looks. His drive and dunk in one of our big games showed he has the ability. Just needs consistency.

Tough call. We’ve seen this before.

Boeheim when he had both of his sons on the court was tough to watch for the long, long leash he afforded them both. They'd lose the game because of them and the coach would call out every other player in the post game presser. Needless to say, players transferred and advised any prospects to avoid cuse like the plague. Barnes knows this and won't make that mistake.

I believe he's the best coach in the top 15. Watched some of the UNC/Kentucky game and wasn't the level of bball I was expecting. Players on both teams looked like they weren't having a good time, which is something I look for. Hoops should be fun and not waffling between angry and annoyed. Seriously, it's been a while since I've seem both teams look like they don't feel like playing.

Knecht is a double-edged sword. He looks uncomfortable tonight on offense and has been clamped down. And if he isn’t giving you anything offensively, his defense is a liability. We actually played our best ball that half when Knecht sat down.

I feel like the pace is just a bit too chaotic. We should slow down just a half step and not rush our offense. Put this team away in the first five minutes of the half.

Yep. Especially since he had one of the best Assist/Turnover ratios in the country before he got hurt
