Tonight he has been, but Aidoo is under the weather and seemed drained most of the night. Aidoo had been playing very well prior to this game.

A lot of praise for JJJ and ZZ, but man, Mashack has had a fantastic game tonight too. His defense closed down NC State in the first half, but he's also got 11 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, a steal and a block.

So many in here bemoaning the close game, but I’m not seeing the concern. If you’d told me we’d win by double digits and Knecht would have 2 points, I wouldn’t believe you. Id also sign up for it. Veteran donating like veterans bodes well. The older I get the more I become a sunshine pumper maybe. I’m just not among the “we just aren’t good”/“gonna suck in March” crowd. Seen too much in my 35 plus year Vol bball fandom to make that declaration.

If you had told me DK would have 2 and NCST would have shot the 3 like this and more FT's, I would have assumed a loss.

Finishing that with a double digit victory on a neutral floor, I'll take it from a still developing and meshing team.
