Impressive win given Knecht and Aidoo gave you almost nothing. Maybe JJJ's best game. Awaka was huge in 2nd half. If this team can play on all cylinders come March, we can be very good.

Yeah, we just need to get everybody going together. It seems like we always have three or four playing well and three or four off their game at the same time.

ZZ answered the bell tonight! Seemed as if NC State gameplanned everything to stop Knecht and even baited ZZ by keeping him slightly open most of the game.

Good/frustrating win. Def a lot of good, meh, and what in the world are you doing moments. Love how they finished the last 5 minutes. Big difference compared to the losses. The quality of depth of this team is really damn good. Showed again tonight. Fully healthy JJJ is fun to watch. Totally different player. Also, that was by far the quickest ZZ has been all year. That extra was back and under control.

This is a team Ole Miss defeated by 20 points last month, not sure why offensive consistency and ongoing production is so hard for Barnes,

Bet it was not with these refs. The early second half foul disparity was awful. The phantom call on Santi shows a presence of bias. Really thought Coach was headed for another technical and that is telling by itself. Nowhere in the book does it allow big guys to displace defenders in a legal guarding position. Burns impressively used all the breaks they gave him.

We have 6 players that can get 15-20 on any given night. Knecht, ZZ, JJJ, Vescovi, Aidoo, and even Gainey. That bodes well going into SEC play.

It’s nice to have a lot of experience on this team. We completely took over the final 6 minutes of that game with our oldest and most veteran players.

JJJ, Santi, ZZ, Mashack, Awaka. Chemistry matters. Just dominated with that lineup.

So glad JJJ came back

I was riding with a buddy in his truck on the day JJJ committed to UT. He was listening to the low-rent Clemson homer radio station and they mentioned JJJ committing to UT. One of those clowns specifically insinuated that JJJ was paid to come play at UT. I guess people all over the state were butthurt because they were sure Brown-L at Clemson had him locked in and it made such a stink that JJJ wrote a letter explaining his decision. Talked about how Barnes showed him attention earlier and more intensely than anybody else, and then went on to say what else he loved about UT. Pretty much shut all the Clemson people up.
I make it a point to let every Clemson fan I see know what a gem he is and how proud I am of him being from SC.

Some of the calls were phantom fouls but we kept letting them drive to the basket during that one stretch early in the second. Bad things happen when that it is going on. We cleaned it up though.

Awaka I think had 13 rebounds in 17 minutes & Mashack had 11 rebounds JJJ 5-7 on the 3 impressive night even though refs called ticky fouls on him in a ruff & tumble game. Had to sit awhile
