Why does a guy 7’-1” tall always look to pass out of the lane when he gets an offensive rebound?

Just awful habits and too finesse.

He plays defense like he's short and is a step slow jumping on the contested shot. I've seen some highlights on Belmont and they have better bigs than Plas. He grabbed a rebound and has an assist. There's hope.
