Tennessee played 19:55 and only shot 2 foul shots from playing. They shot 4 total until KC last 2 but 2 were the technical foul on Cal.

Meanwhile Ky shot nothing but fouls for about 10 minutes.

Both teams were called for 7 fouls.

The same guy tapped the ball in the cylinder then slammed it. That’s why I think it’s legal. If another player had tipped it first, then it was goaltending.

Great half. We’re definitely playing much better ball than we were earlier this year and that’s to be expected with a few young contributors playing significant minutes. Barnes was getting a ton of heat on here not that long ago and now he deserves credit for how we are playing. Yes, I know, March is where it really matter most but let’s enjoy the journey along the way.

It was real close but to me it looked like the guy pushed the ball forward then taped it in. Meaning (just to me) it was outside the rim and definitely not on it.

Duke going to get those calls more times than not nevertheless.

If the Wake guy didn’t “have” to throw the ball so hard his shot very well might have went in…….but he had to just to get it there.

Fulkerson playing high post and using quickness. Everyone contributing on glass. Taking good shots. Penetrating the paint. I think Barnes is correct. We run our offense and we can get good looks. Control Tshiebwe, don’t let Grady get off, and don’t turn the ball over for 20 more minutes.

Uros can’t play vs anyone athletic. I love the guy too. Just isn’t athletic enough.

We are winning with shooting. I want to see us attack the rim in the second half.

UP has done some good things and is focused on blocking out Tshiebwe. His bad play was getting the ball on the block facing the basket and not shooting.

Also this is the type of game that can bump you up seed when all is said and done, every slot helps since we typically get lumped in a top heavy region.
