Oh yeah that definitely looked like a well-oiled machine today. I thought that scout was pretty accurate. They looked completely ill prepared today.
You were referring to the anonymous NBA scout’s comments, not the play. I’ve seen worse play. They actually didn’t allow the top 5 team to continue the first half beat down for the full 40 minutes.
Are you talking about Auburn's basketball program since Pearl took over ?
YAY! We only by 18 instead of 30! What great effort!
You are the king or moral victories man.
YAY! We only lost by 18 instead of 30! What great effort! And he scout said we had talented players but looked like a middle school team. With our offensive play I’d agree with that assessment. You are the king or moral victories man.
No and you know it. Why act like a chump?
Pearl ruffles feathers.
Bruce Pearl: 'We need to do a better job of teaching African American history'
Holy sh!t. Half the roster is made up of teenagers and it’s the first road trip and it was against one of the best teams in the country.
Yes. It was 18 instead of 30. They didn’t quit (except for Bailey) when shots weren’t falling for them while they were for Nova. The calls weren’t going their way and they flipped the turnover frequency after the half. You are the queen of defeatists, girlfriend.
A top 5 paid coach, and we are talking about them not quitting. LMAOI’m very glad that Rick Barnes, in year 7, got all of the guys he recruited to not quit. What an accomplishment.
I’m sorry I was hoping for a better performance against a very good team when we are supposed to be a top 2-3 team in the SEC. I’m sorry I was hoping that we could at least put up a better showing than 53 points and 15 points in a half. I don’t think I’m asking for a lot to at least good prepared an engaged.
Barnes is one of those instances where what both his supporters and detractors say is 100% accurate.Barnes is Jerry Green on paper, a Stu Aberdeen recruiter, Pat Summitt classy, a KO ass chewer (minus the dirty words), a Wade Houston nice guy, and he genuinely loves his players and they love him back. But he makes $5 million and stubbornly plays his more experienced players over the teenagers in November and December. Obviously he needs to be fahred.
