Ole Miss is playing well. I think our zone changed tempo a bit. We may need to use it more in 2nd half. I know we are shooting well from perimeter at the moment but I get nervous when more than 50% of our attempts are 3’s. We need to get in paint more as I’m not convinced we can shoot well for 2 halves from 3. Need to draw more fouls too.

Ole Miss was never going to be an easy win. Some of you are looking at their record too closely. They've been competitive all year. Only 2 losses more than 12 points. They fight until the end. Hopefully we can seperate and get some guys some rest, but I wouldn't be surprised if this stays close until the end.

Good game so far. Hopefully we turn it up a notch next half. Phillips confuses me. One minute he'll make a player of the year drive/jam, the next he throws it at the goal backwards.

The switch to zone definitely helped because Ole Miss was held without a fg for the last 2:30 of the half and only hit one of their last 8 shots.

Ole Miss actually very good at forcing turnovers. That's one of the few things they do well. Still way too sloppy with the ball.

I like Phillips agression. Out of control a couple of times but he made some things happen.

yes, we are winning at halftime against a team we should win. However, we have to do better at drawing fouls and then finishing at the line.

So far so good. Hope they worked a few things out at half time. I watched the mugging the refs allowed on Vescovi in the first half that cost us points. We need to be better ball handlers with ZZ out. JJJ playing well is critical. Vescovi and JJJ hitting threes critical. Awaka, Mashack, Uros, and the rest need to rebound and keep them off the boards. Go Vols!

Yeah, like we are gonna come out and separate from another Power 5 team right away. It's just pure delusion to think that this team is that good presently.
