BHH looks like he is just different. He's strong, he gets off the court incredibly quickly, handle the pressure well and made good passes out of the double teams. Chandler looks great as well. Under control, shot it really well. Can't wait to see Aidoo as well. Mashack and Diboundje had their moments.

When Fulky comes back, to go along with Santi, JJJ, ON, Bailey, Powell and the freshmen, we look really good.

So the first half is garbage time? We were 10 of 25 from 3 in just the first half. I’m not sure how much better we could have shot the ball. That’s 40%.

Hey Big thinker— I just told you when I made the comment. Look at the time stamp if you need help. It was early in the second half when we missed a run of threes and they hit several. That’s what a live thread is for, making comments on what’s happening right then. You keep your dream.

Obviously live threads are for sifting through after the game so you can call people out for poorly aged hot takes!

I’m not trying to put him on blast. I just think of all the takeaways from this game, the one takeaway I wouldn’t have is “We need to get better at shooting the ball from 3.”

Does this team have any real weakness? The only thing I can think of is a dominate presence on defense. We had pons and before that Gant. Not sure if we have a guy that will have 50 blocks. And I wouldn’t consider that an issue

We have depth, inside scoring, shooters, bigs, a true Point, players that have experience and can be leaders. A complete team

Jury is still out on what our inside game will look like. Hard to tell against bad competition and Fulky being out, but today was promising.

Echoing this, we really need a big to step up (preferably BHH or Olivier) and play great D and be a force on the boards. I think we will have some growing pains with on ball defense with the youth we have, but Barnes will have that figured out by the end of the year.

Pons woulda had 10 blocks today haha. It looks like BHH will be good on the glass tho at least

Plavsic has a role where he can contribute. I saw that when he filled in for Fulky at the end of last year. May not play double digit minutes every game, but he can contribute.
