How does every player get cold. We have so many shooters yet not a one can shoot. Are these fair basketball rims ??? I don’t understand these Barnes teams where they look amazing then boom no offense at all. And it’s always teams that are garbage like Florida.

I would disagree. That’s the biggest problem. We don’t have a shooter on the team. We have guys that can make some shots some games.

This game is why Tennessee cannot be successful in NCAA tourney, the heralded defense did not get stops, shot selection and shooting % were terrible. This is a Florida team that had lost 9 games, and now have their signature win over #2 team in country. Tennessee could very well lose to Pearl again on Saturday.

I don’t like your post but spot on. I don’t think this team will go beyond sweet 16, if that. I had hire for final four, alway do, but too many turnovers and too many runs for opposing teams. ON is our best big man but he’s inconsistent.

Idk WTH is going on w Vescovi and JJJ. I thought Key would provide solid minutes this yr while Phillips be the “man.” I love TN and will always support them but just being honest. I don’t think Barnes can get a team to the final four. He is better at developing 3 star players than 5 star. I don’t get it .

We “think” we know. I throw myself in the category of people thinking this team will have an early tournament exit. At the end of the day, though, anything can happen in March. UNC making the national championship game last season is evidence that none of us know nearly as much as we tend to think we know.

I think to say they had nothing to do with it is comical but if it helps you feel superior then stick by it. We are ten fold a better team than FL. We have off nights but if you don’t think the officiating in the second half alone cost us our lead you’re ignorant.

We got beat. Review the stats. Don’t always blame a loss on officiating.

No, but I didn’t think we would before tonight anyways. I think we’ll finish 24-7 and a 3 seed.

And losing games in no way is a benefit to seeding, which has a huge impact on how far teams advance in March.

You are foolish if you think a clearly worse roster than last year is going to be a deep run this year. This program hasn't yet. This was a listless performance from the tap.
