It’s also about how good their defense is. Their defense is very tough / fantastic; their offense is one of the worst in CFB the last two seasons (they won a game in 2022 7-3 after scoring 2 FGs and a safety). Missouri’s punter had more passing yards than their QB one week.

It’s almost a testament to their defense that they got to 10-wins with that offense.

Nico is playing well for a Freshman, but he still has a lot to learn, especially against SEC competition. Spring will help him a lot.

Imagine him before the bowl practice and 13 games ago...............................main reason he has not started until now, typical freshman QB.
