The Official #21 Tennessee vs. #17 Iowa Citrus Bowl Game Thread, 1:00 PM ET, ABC

It’s also about how good their defense is. Their defense is very tough / fantastic; their offense is one of the worst in CFB the last two seasons (they won a game in 2022 7-3 after scoring 2 FGs and a safety). Missouri’s punter had more passing yards than their QB one week.

It’s almost a testament to their defense that they got to 10-wins with that offense.
You can tell they're well coached. Just getting outclassed by better athletes.

I love it how they try to make it sound like Iowa’s offense wasn’t struggling and one of the worst in CFB all year.

Where do people think the whole “PUNTS! PUNTS! PUNTS!” thing came from?

Things I think they tell the injured PAT guy:

Wiggle around a little.
Okay, now grab your facemask.
Okay now, in about 45 seconds, we’re gonna sit you up. Please don’t fart on us.
Okay now, writhe as if in pain and we’re gonna look at the sidelines but call out a fake number so they know not to bring the cart.
Okay, we’re gonna help you to the sidelines and you’ll need to sit there for a minute like you’re in distress, and when you get up, be sure to limp around for awhile.
We good?

Imagine him before the bowl practice and 13 games ago...............................main reason he has not started until now, typical freshman QB.
Exactly. Josh knows what Nico has and he was never going to rush him into action.
