The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

Haven't seen much 9mm the past couple of weeks, but I have seen a fair amount of .45 ACP (185 and 230 gr., some ball and some defensive) and a lot of .38 special.

No ammo around here unless you wait outside Academy for 45min before they open. Lucked up on some .556 the week before the election and bought 600rds. Guy said it was the 1st time(and only time) they had surplus and didn't have to hold it at customer service. Have 2000rds of 9mm that I already had in the safe. Almost scared to go to the range and shoot it. Will cost twice as much to replace if I can find it....

Ammo shortage will be the new gun control...

My first PCC, and I've only shot a Scorpion to compare. I would say quite soft, and I had no trouble quickly reacquiring my target.

Now, if I could just find about a thousand rounds to play with for less than 50 cents a round!

Sam Gabbert was right. The days of 20 cents per round for 9mm wouldn't last. One reason I want a PCC is that I bought a bunch of 9mm several years ago. Too bad I didn't know about 300 BLK back then. Sigh.

I can't even find 50AE. Like how many people shoot that round?
Most likely they've stopped making it. Any remotely obscure round is on the back burner so they can pump out more .22, 9mm, .45, 5.56.

Holy **** .32 and .45 going for almost a dollar a round or more. Hang on dummies I'm on my way!

Everything is going $1.00 per at this point

I'll def put some rounds through them before I carry with the promags. Only negative i really heard was that some of them don't drop out as easy when you hit the mag release. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the 2 I bought. I was able to try them in the store before I bought them.
