Our walk ons and third/fourth string would probably lose to the top FCS teams one on one.

But that’s the reason they’re at the bottom of the depth chart and not starters.

Also, FCS IS Division I football.

Hype had to salvage his first recruiting class and has only one full class under his belt. His next class is going to be really good. Two years from now I would agree with you that our 2nd and 3rd team should fare much better and dominate in this situation. We’re still not all that deep with true SEC talent yet.
