I also said Leiter was virtually unbeatable but Rocker is not. He got pitches last night that Dallas didn’t and had he got the same calls then Dallas throws a no-no. His control was head & shoulders above Rocker. The umpire saved Rocker from losing his composure by giving him ridiculous strikes. The difference last night as Burke said were the defenses which by the way Vandy has one of the worst in the SEC. The difference in pitchers last night was minimal. Watch the game again and you will see that.

If you believe Rocker is good because officials “help” him then we really have nothing to talk about. There is a reason he is touted as one of the best prospects in baseball and it has nothing to do with officiating.

It did last night. I understand he's a top prospect, and he deserves that recognition. Video evidence, bro. He got hellaciously bad calls in critical situations last night. Don't bother responding. I really don't want to talk to you either.

It’s the Michael Jordan effect. Jordan was great, so he got every call in his favor. No ref would ever make a call against him thus adding to the legend. If a player is good or great, they don’t need to have the scales tipped in their favor. Just call it straight up.
