If you believe Rocker is good because officials “help” him then we really have nothing to talk about. There is a reason he is touted as one of the best prospects in baseball and it has nothing to do with officiating.

Gets more calls than any other pitcher in the history of baseball. Sitting with 2 scouts now and they both say he is good but he gets what I just said.
