I don't disagree at all, and my post was certainly not directed at you. You're very reasonable and level headed imo. There is nothing to complain about with the officials. I’m not upset with how they called the game. I’m just pointing out that it’s been an incredibly physical performance by Kentucky and they realistically could have been called for more fouls, but I’m sure we got a way with a few as well so it’s fine.
that seems to be the pundit narrative about TN. Wasn't that exactly what the espn halftime guy said too? someone be circulating talking pointsFools gold with Tennessee? This announcer is pissing me off. The person who says we probably won't get a one seed is probably on to something, if ESPN is any indication.
AIdoo is doing the same thing. Knocked a guy out of bounds on one of his blocks. The “whining” is because 3 of the 6 UK blocks were body shots before the block, which allowed momentum for Uk. I’m sorry if that is hard to understand when you are talking about game that could game down to 1 possession at the end lol
Not low IQ in my opinion. Just fans being fans. Happens on every forum in the country. It's so low baskeball IQ for these whiners. They are allowing one on one defensive contact for both teams. They are only calling fouls when you beat your man to the spot and that's why DK has shot most of the free throws in this game. He is so crafty.
Who cares though, it’s better than the media constantly telling you how great you are. TN knows they are good, let the media say otherwiseThe guys on ESPN made the SAME "fool's gold" comment about Tennessee at the half against South Carolina.
You can just feel the collective sports media blue bloods scrambling all over each other to undercut Tennessee.
It's like some have never watched a whole season of bball before, but I know they have. You have to expect multiple bad calls/missed calls every game. Some are more egregious than others, and this one is not on the egregious side so far. It’s every game. Officiating can impact a game but such is life in sports. It’s been that way from day one.
