UT is a fraud. Just got lucky early in the year. Oh well.

No. They played poorly and lost a game they shouldn’t have. That doesn’t negate everything else they achieved this season. People are rightly unhappy with the performance tonight, but our guys improved game to game all season long.

Yeah the defense has gotten a lot of heat since the Pitt game but they have played a lot better against tougher competition recently than they did tonight. It also didn’t help that our offense was not converting the way they have all season with the exception of the Georgia game.

Remember the Kentucky game, or how our defense stepped up against Georgia? Remember how they made adjustments in the Missouri game on both sides of the ball and looked like a different team the second half? These guys have gotten better and even play quite well at times.

I got flamed for saying this a couple of weeks ago. We were never a playoff team. Our defense couldn't stop a school from the blind. It was hidden because of our offensive explosions most of the time. It was exposed against Ga and exploited tonight. Honestly, I'm amazed that we won 9 games. We won't beat Vandy. Flame away but it's true.
