I watched that game at a bar in Lillian, Alabama this afternoon. There were some cordial fans for both sides, but majority Bama. That shot. . . . oh, that shot! I think we were all assuming it was an overtime situation. Yes, this Vol fan shouted VERY loudly when that thing went in! I love watching a parade of dejected Bama fans to the perp walk to their cars.

Simply glorious!

lol He knows by the end of that game he was looking at 2 of the 4 best teams in college basketball.
#1 Offense vs #1 Defense and it delivered as such.

I see people fussing about what fans said earlier in the game. That's why I don't get on the board during the game. I was griping to people who know me about the refs being whistle happy in the first half and not calling nothing in the second half.

I think we were all scratching our heads at the officiating at times.

That foul called on him near the end of the game was BS. Worked out with the 5 second call on the inbounds. His play was super in the last 1:30

Early in the second half the commentators were drooling over Bama shooting the ball over 50% against us. That’s sure changed. We did a better job of dictating the style in the second half. Bama is really good though. Then again, so are we!

Great teams find a way to win close games they have to win.
Especially at home. We are a great team.
After that win and the A &M win, I am allowing myself to say it.
