Defenses have figured us out. Making us go 80 yards and taking away long pass. We self destruct and can’t do it consistently and our defense sucks.

This game feels like it turned a bit on those 2 Hyatt drops. Would have very likely been 35-14. Now it’s 28-17 and Mizzou has the chance to make it a one score game. Going to be a sluggish dog fight till the end. Whatever. Just get the W.

Yes they intentionally did it, but, it’s strategy and something you have to be cognizant of. I don’t see why they subbed out Small in an obvious passing down anyway.

Someone needs to explain to me these “ref standing over the ball” penalties.

If a team sends a substitution in, the other team gets the opportunity to send substitutions in also. The ref will stand over the ball until the other team has their subs in. That one is on Huepel for subbing with the play clock already down to 15 seconds.
