If a team sends a substitution in, the other team gets the opportunity to send substitutions in also. The ref will stand over the ball until the other team has their subs in. That one is on Huepel for subbing with the play clock already down to 15 seconds.

So it’s essentially an automatic delay of game if the defense wants to just keep shutting guys in at a snail's pace?

We have almost 400 yards already. What ya mean? Don’t forget Missouri had the #13 ranked defense in the country. Don’t forget that this Missouri team should have beat UGA. Don’t forget UGA didn’t score a TD till the last 8 minutes of the game. They not bad and we will win easly and have over 600 yards
