Wow, just rewatched the 2nd half. It is amazing we overcame the refs from the ZZ tying 3 through all the flagrant foul where they ruled Okpara’s heavy shove to the lower back was an F1 but the forearm shiver to his upper chest he was reacting to was not.
THEN watch for a few minutes for equity? Not there.
Two critical calls no calls show some bias.
First is the high effort play by their guy on that rebound/stuff. Look at Igor’s position, and then him being DISPLACED by the big guy. World class over the back. Heck, look at his leap and direction and where he landed. Physics is physics.
The second was the three free throws on the Edwards heave. By rule he must be given the right to RETURN to the floor. See where he left and then where he contacted Igor’s back. Not in his cylinder. Heck they even added that leg kick out rule as a result of our tournament loss a few years back.
