The Official #7 Tennessee @ #12 Missouri Game Thread, 9:00 PM ET, SEC Network

Tough road test to start conference play. Excited to see how we look against Mizzou.

Just checked the betting line: Vols favored by 3.5 and the over/under is 133.5. Don't know anything about gambling, but both those numbers seem high to my expectations.

I've been on pain killers since Christmas, with no nap today and no TV. What are the odds Kesling can keep me awake tonight?

I wish Yves would go to the rim and hard with ball as he does trying to block it. He’s an absolute freak physically, he just needs to believe it on the offensive side
I'm thinking Barnes has indicated he should lay back and allow the yoots to develop. I think we see us some serious beignets tonight....

I knew Missouri was having a good season so far. If it keeps up Cuonzo will parlay it into a change of scenery, his MO and I don’t mean Missouri .

Didn’t realize they were #12. I will have to look and see if they have beaten anybody of consequence because that is a nice ranking , especially since my best guess without looking is they started out unranked. Not that polls really matter this time of year but looks like CCM has things on the right track to get a raise and a new zip code .

Edit - just looked and they do have some very nice wins so far . Always liked Cuonzo but now that we have Rick Barnes as HC I like him in Columbia even more.

I think I maybe saw him do that last game or the one before...forget which. Maybe even a couple of times. One was pretty much down the key and the other was a drive baseline for that dunk. Thinking maybe he doesn't trust his dribbling or something to make those drives. Just a guess, but yeah I'd like to see him drive to the basket more.

They beat Oregon and Illinois.
