The Official #7 Tennessee vs. #1 Kansas Game Thread, 2:30 PM ET, ESPN

Losing to the 1 and 2 seed is going to do absolutely nothing negative to your resume but winning one of them would of helped a lot. I am concerned this team can't seem to make wide open point blank shots though.

JJJ is a no show again. Is his defense really that elite where we can just have him continue to contribute very little offensively?

4 losses or fewer is the usual expectation to get one. With some variance.
3 of the 4 #1 seeds last year had 5 losses or more. 2 of the 4 #1 seeds in 2022 had more than 4 losses. That's quite the variance.

Why is a #1 seed essential for March success anyway?

True. But I would assume Kansas is equally tired. Especially since they played after our game
Yes but when you see shots go in you have more energy. Team has given into both physical fatigue and Mental with so many shots rimming out. It happens to everyone who plays at this level. In CHRIST Alone

Not a good tourney have to be disappointed with the offense. Until we can get everyone contributing it will be games likes this.

we are definitely not in shape. last night and today it looks like we are gassed by the middle of the 2nd half. our shooting is indicative of tired legs.

Well, our guys are spent. Nothing comes easy offensively for us at all. As someone alluded to above, we need to play our depth.

It's crazy how we as a whole just can't make shots on certain days. It makes no sense. It's not even like they aren't good/open shots. We just miss everything.

Welp, disappointing trip. Gonna go 1-2 when should have been 3-0. 2 early losses suck, but when it’s 1 and 2 in the country, that is different. Rest up and get ready for UNC
