Why does this stupid court even have the NBA 3 line on it, how many NBA games they playing here?

I was wondering that, too. I can’t say it’s a reason, but some of the ads appear to be the same or similar color as the line. These guys play so fast, I’ve always thought there should be a clear distinction.
