Wofford will probably end up in the middle of the pack in its conference, but they’re pesky and have some shot makers. Even if they aren’t anything special, they’re just the kind of team no one likes to play. May not win a ton games, but they’ll make a lot of teams earn it. Tennessee will benefit from having played a team like this.

Can take a couple things from this game, obviously could have shot a lot better than we did.

But Wofford had averaged over 50% shooting and 90 points through the first 2 games.

Holding them under 40% and near 60 is a feat

I’m not up on their conference but Wofford is usually at the top of their conference and they have some nice pieces. Tripp is tough.

Think the announcers said Wofford was picked 8th out of 10 in the preseason for what little that’s worth. Without knowing the ins and outs of that league, I’d say Wofford is probably better than 8th, but they don’t strike me as a conference championship contender. The SOCON usually has a couple of really nice teams.
