Discipline is what concerns me. Stupid dead balls penalties that extend drives,allow for free plays while on defense and that kill momentum,stop drives or bring back big plays on offense are a prescription for a defeat. Hope we play smart, fundamental football today.

I don't think are coaches are bad and happy with all of them but Kirby and company keep out scheming us. I think Tennessee plays scared on the road at times and it shows with play calling.

Our Vols don't just need a win; we need a statement game. If we blow Vandy out by more than 21, we'll put teams on notice, and the CFP will be forced to respect our body of work.

We’re in with a win no matter how much we win by, but yes a blowout would be better for hearts across the state.

We have to beat Vandy and the crappy officiating today. Been a while since more Vandy fans showed up than Vol fans. If we play our better game, we win. If we make dumb mistakes, off sides, fumbles, basically forget Neyland’s Maxims, might be a long ride home.

Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia games all suggest this will be a similarly close game. Vandy is not UTEP, Miss State, Kent State or UTC. Penalites, turnovers, in-game adjustments will all be critical. What have you seen from the Vols this season that gives you such a strong mind?
