It was called “smart football”. Not sure what your doctorate is in, but apparently not football.

You go to the line, you hard count to try for an easy first. If you don’t get it, you take the delay of game and punt. That way you save the time out

you actually believe taking a delay of game penalty on your own side of the field is “smart football?!”
