The Official #9 Tennessee @ #8 Ohio State Game Thread, 8:00 PM ET, ABC/ESPN

I’m less depressed that the Buckeyes most likely will again experience harrowing defeat vs an excellent Ducks team.

This will be year 3 saying this....but FIX the OL!!!! Yes, there are other "issues", like actually being able to complete a vertical pass over 5 yds, in prime time. But I digress. Fix the OL...!

I don't get the Nico bashing, his legs are the only reason it isn’t t 72-0. He has had to run for his life the whole game. Reminds me of Guarantano’s first couple years
Exactly. What was he supposed to do? We don’t have a receiver capable of creating any separation. We can’t block them.

Ohio State alum. First, kudos to Tennessee fans for showing up at the Old Horseshoe on a cold night and supporting their team. Y'all were visible and loud -- well done. Second, your QB is going to be really, really good next season -- especially if he gets some difference makers at WR. Finally, tonight was Ohio State's night. I watched Tennessee a few times this season. The Vols are better than they showed tonight; something was off. All Buckeye fans were hoping Day would coach aggressively like he did against Georgia in the CFP a few seasons ago, and fortunately the offense utilized the downfield pass this game. BTW, the only one to shut down WR Jeremiah Smith all season was Ryan Day / Chip Kelly.

Good luck next season, especially against Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
Classy post, thanks. Be a shame if you guys don't win it all.

Good post. Thanks for the kind thoughts and I agree, should have been a much better game than it turned out to be. Something is way, way off with this team and hopefully we figure out what that truly is.

Good luck to you and your team. Can’t say I’m a fan, but if they meet UGA or Texas, would be tough not to pull for them (or a giant meteor would work as well).

That is loser talk - I HATE what we are showing here but I would rather get my ass kicked on national TV for the world to see than be sitting at home like Alabama.

You cant win if you arent in the game.

Very true, however tOSU vs Bama would’ve been a better game 🤷‍♂️
