The Official #9 Tennessee vs. Arkansas Game Thread, 7:00 PM ET, ESPN2

Vescovi has regressed. Does not need to be starting. Fulky of last year is gone. We have problems guarding the perimeter all of a sudden.

Tennessee leads the NCAA in scoring defense, allowing just 55.0 points per game.
• According to KenPom, the Vols also lead the NCAA in adjusted defensive efficiency, allowing only 86.4 points per 100 possessions so far this season. College teams average close to 70 possessions per game.
• The Vols are forcing 17.4 turnovers per game while converting those turnovers into 19.4 points per game. Tennessee's turnover margin stands at +6.9 (ninth nationally).
• Tennessee has yet to allow an opposing player to score 20 points this season.

I guess you haven’t watched the last game or the first eight minutes of this game. When you play elite players you have different results. If you can’t see that then you are blind.

Gotta stop letting SV bring the ball down the court. There are at least 3 guys that would be better

Being able to create and shoot...troubling.

We’ve looked slow against the last two teams...

Uros awful d two straight possessions take him out and don’t put him back in. Kid still can’t even move up and down the court.

I get that Barnes has been pretty good at taking "projects" and eventually turning them into stout contributors, but that's not the case with Plavsic; he's, unfortunately, just not very good and his size is more of a detriment than a feather in his cap.

He really should only see the floor if UT is up double digits with under two minutes left in the second half.

Surprised they had Uros out there when they took their big guy out. Seems Uros may be best suited to guard him, not a smaller quicker guy.

Vescovi literally picks up his own dribble expecting contact and travels. He shouldn't be allowed to dribble a ball inside the arc for the rest of his career.
