You guys.... lol they threw their Friday starter against our midweek guys... Congrats BC. This team will be fine. Need to work on base running fundamentals. Too many mistakes there but it qill get cleaned up.

I‘m smart enough to know it’s ok, but I feel bad spending 4 hours watching that to now feel this way.

Well, it’s a calculated risk. I choose to invest knowing I may be disappointed. Hell, I watch basketball being pretty sure I will be disappointed.

I can get over this loss and all but we just don't look like anything better than an avg team. We run the bases poorly. We can't bunt and we gave up 4 HRs to this team. I can't name our strength right now. In a nutshell, we have to get better. If we don't it'll be a middle of the road season

The most frustrating thing looking back at that 9th...there is zero reason Ethan Payne was off the third base bag and had to go back to tag up. If that ball dropped in the OF he would have made it so why was he 1/3 of the way down the line and had to go back? Just gonna have to package it into early season mid-week madness and move on for my own sake

They sent a scout to the game 2 weeks ago to start preparations. They threw their Friday ACE to start the game and threw all their big arms from the bullpen. Safe to say they really wanted this win.... and we still should have beat them.

True we haven’t beat anyone yet except for our third game. I think we are ranked so high because of burns, dollander, and beam. We need a mid week man like we had with Tidwell few years ago

Our midweek starter. Those relievers see a lot of game time on weekends too. Especially Seth.

Yep unacceptable to lose this game. Kind of worried about our pitching mid week. We had blade Tidwell couple years ago as a starter mid week lol. We were spoiled.

Sechrist had a 1.67 ERA last year. We hardly play P5 midweek games. Our pitching will be fine. Clean up the baserunning.

Exactly! Maybe Burke is slower but likely smarter in that situation. At any rate, I bet Blake wouldn’t have tried to slide AROUND the catcher….
