Holy crap what a pathetic effort. I honestly don't understand how the team came out this flat and couldn't hit freakin' Tomlin. Pathetic effort. Might be the difference in the series.

Yes. But this feels different. Plus that Game 3 was at least at LA. It was just very strange seeing them be this flat and uninspired for the first WS at Wrigly in 71 years.
 
I think you're confusing "flat and uninspired" and "trying to hit a 5 run homer with every swing"
 
They won 103 games and have Lester, Arrieta, and Hendricks. I wouldn't toss all the dirt on em yet.

They've already beaten 2 of those pitchers rather easily, and we've had 1 good game on offense out of 4.

We may win tonight, but there's pretty much zero chance we can win 3 in a row.
 
Hopefully Chapman still able to perform at the end of game 6 after extended outing tonight. Cubs still hanging in there barely.
