I know it was a chart play, but I think it’s crazy. If you comeback from down 2 scores in the final 5 minutes, they are going to be shook and you have all the momentum. I feel like that’s easier to accomplish kicking PATS than with a 5’10 QBThat’s essentially going for the win there.
You get it: you can win the game with the TD that you already need get to tie it.
You don’t get it: you have to go for two again after scoring the TD that you already need to get to tie it, and odds are slightly higher of getting a single 2 point conversion on two attempts than on only 1 attempt.
Not that I agree with it, but I at least see where they were coming from.
Also not calling his last timeout after 2nd down seems pretty stupid.I know it was a chart play, but I think it’s crazy. I think that failed 2 point conversion deflated Tampa Bay’s momentum.I know it was a chart play, but I think it’s crazy. I’m with you! Since I was a kid, there have been many years I’ve pulled for the Lions. I loved Barry as a kid, later I loved Calvin, and I was obviously a big Stafford fan. Stafford is gone but I’m still happy for the Lions! After so many disappointing times, I find it impossible not to pull for them.
Haha I’ve been a Packers fan for 30 years. I’m technically supposed to root against the Lions.
I’ve softened up a bit on the Packers, Love is so much more likable than Rodger’s.Haha I’ve been a Packers fan for 30 years. I’m technically supposed to root against the Lions.
But I do think your franchise deserves a Super Bowl. Even though I’m expected to hate you guys, I can’t help but appreciate a fanbase that sticks with their team through thick and thin.
Plus I absolutely despise San Francisco. My hatred for them is on a level with Dallas, Minnesota and Chicago.
