The Lions brass for some really stupid reason slotted themselves into just one profile: A former NFL HC with offensive ties.

Why not hire Todd Bowles then hire Gary Kubiak as OC?

I agree, but what bothers me is I read that Bill Lazor QB coach for The Eagles had agreed to be our OC. He would be a great fit working with Stafford after the brilliant job he did working with Foles. This evening I see he became the OC for Miami. What is going on, what the hell happened?

I prefer wideout and corner, in that order.

Others are clamoring for a linebacker in the first round, which is a terrible, terrible idea. You can find good linebackers in the later rounds at a better rate than a wideout and a corner.
