The Official Detroit Lions Den Thread

I was also surprised to find that since the 1970 merger, the Lions and Titans/Oilers franchise have only played 11 total times.

And why does he look so much better without Megatron?

No clue, responding to better coordinator/coaching for him at the position by Jim Bob Cooter? (Or maybe not dependent/focused so much on one of the several throwing options he has?)

I mean, two years ago, he was the QB who came into a game against that year's worst-defense-in-the-league 5-11 Chicago Bears and struggled, only managing to score 7 total fantasy points against them.

The difference is night and day though.

That's why I hate Jim Caldwell. You have a great offense and a key 4th down and you punt like a coward

I take that back. It looks like the Lions are going to have to wait another 4 years to get their first win over the Titans.

(Last win over the franchise was 1995.)

So fun piece of info:

If Detroit doesn't get that safety at the beginning of the game, it's instead 13-10 on the Tirans last drive.

Meaning they would have just kicked the field goal on 4th down, and this game would be going into OT at 13-13.
