At this point, the only thing the Stamos opener thing does for us is dig us an early hole. Causey still needed 20 pitches to get us out of the 1st. He could’ve started the game and done that and probably would’ve kept FSU off the board.

I would agree with you on some days, but that wasn’t on Stamos. That inning never spirals if Burke just plays basic defense at first base.

Terrible start to game

If you have been around the game awhile this isn't that bad. Both teams are good and college kids. Mistakes will be made and they won't make every tough play.

I saw a kid getting drafted throw a baseball in his own teams dugout. He said it slipped... they will settle in.

Good thing they play 9 innings instead of .5 an inning.
