If we want Jimmy Clausen, I don't think we should make him to upset by taking out his brother...

Again.

...Piss on, Jimmy.

If his coming here is based on us keeping his brother in the game despite his poor play then we don't need him

no one is mad at you. i just wish this team quit underachieving so much. id rather have a bad team go 6-5 then have a team of superstars go 7-4.

YAY finally someone speaking my language.......

:whistling:

Thanks for the anger management session everyone. I've vented enough and now I'm going to have a nice night out with my wife. Even though I'm very disappointed, it's great to a VOL!!

In 25 yrs I don't think I have been as down as a fan as I am right now...The defense leaves their heart on the field every week, but the offense looks like it is going thru the motions....Randy has got to go.go go....

:( Hi everyone I.m new to this board.
I like most think RS should go. Our offense is just plain bad. I believe we have good talent. You don't have consistant top 10 recruiting classes and not have good talent. Our offensive coaches cannot develope the talent. If Fulmer won't make changes then he needs to go.

Here's the probelm with that...Fulmer and Sanders are buddies. Sanders runs Fulmer's offense. There is no way Fulmer will get rid of Sanders in favor of revamping his offense. To do so would be saying that he is officially turning the offense and the play calling over to someone other than himself. There are problems on this team, but Sanders isn't totally responsible. I'd start with our offensive line coach, then the receivers coach, then I'd actually hire someone specifically for special teams--no more of this "if we have 5 minutes at the end of practice we'll slap the ball around a bit" crap. Realistically, Fulmer has earned his spot here, but he will have to set loyalty aside and hire some new coaching talent. What many folks are missing here is that if a play is executed correctly, Sanders looks great and the "play calling" for that game was great...when you have the Super Midgets from Vonore out there dropping passes, fumbling the ball, missing blocks, and not getting open, people say we need a new coordinator. The bottom line is that we need coaching changes, but the OC isn't where to start--and Fulmer will go before Sanders does...and that means neither is going anywhere, so it's a moot point.

Agreed, but it's the coaches overall job to fix the execution. It's been five games and they still can't execute on a consistant basis.

I'm just as POed as anybody, but I'll still take a 10-2 season. It beats a 2-10 season.

No offense (no pun intended), orange4ever, but I don't want my team to be notable for its mediocrity. They might go down in flames, but I'd take 2-10 with an eye to improvement and kicking some SEC butt before I'll be content with 10-2 and games like this one. THAT'S why I think RS should go.
