I don't get it either, he won 24 races and a championship in his old car. I didn't look it up but would be surprised if this were the first time he's won 3 of the first 11 races in a season.

I like Chevy because they make the Camaro and Corvette and those are the best cars to drive if you like cars, but I drive a car with a lot of Ford parts.

I'd rather have a Mustang than a Camaro but then again, I don't like sitting on the floor trying to see over the hood while wondering why my car has so many blind spots.

I don't recall Jeff Gordon being afforded the same opportunity a few years ago when the track at Martinsville started coming apart and knocked a whole in the front of his car. This situation wasn't fundamentally different than that.

So it's just commonplace for massive chunks of concrete to break free from the track and drivers should expect to dodge them? These tracks are pretty well maintained. I'd say its just as likely to need to look out for the fly wire of a camera as it is to look out for basketball sized chunks of concrete during a race.

No, but he was allowed to pull out the backup car at the all star race a few years back.

Another race we should have won. I don't know what the frick that call was about.
We're doing so well this year I know I should just be happy but dang it's hard... another one ill chalk up to growing pains I guess.
