It's perplexing how bad he's been at gaining traction and communicating his record. His resume is as impressive as anyone's.

he's not really that well known nationally despite an impressive resume. He's hanging his hat on the fact that he lives in New Hampshire and can hopefully place in the top 3 there next week and gain some traction.
