The Official Kensucky (3-5) vs. #7 TENNESSEE (6-1) Thread - Zone Edition - 11/2 @ 7:45 EST - from Neyland Stadium (Knoxville, TN) - SECN

One for the ages....

One play from Nico Iamaleava against Kentucky tells Tennessee Vols fans all they need to know about the young QB

In the fourth quarter, with the Vols trying to put Kentucky away, Sampson appeared to be stopped just short of the goal line. But multiple Vols, including Iamaleava, joined what can best be described as a rugby scrum to get Sampson into the end zone.

And not only only did Iamaleava join the scrum, he lowered his shoulder and slammed his body into a Kentucky defensive lineman.

Dang. I've watched it 10 or 12 times and have gotten chill bumps.
really defines it as such a team win
we might not have the individual offensive stats a lot of folks want to see and we have players who have bad games
but our defense is legit
and we find a way to win games and overcome bad situations
I'll take 7-1 all day err day
11-1 TILL WE AIN'T

WE DUN BEAT OKIES, GHEYTERS, BAMA, AND KENSUCKY

Since you mentioned it....

It's time for one complaint from fans and media about the Tennessee Vols to stop

Look, it's no secret that Tennessee hasn't been very dynamic in conference play this season. The Vols are averaging just 23 points per game in SEC games this season.

Despite the downtick in scoring over the last month-and-a-half, Tennessee is 7-1 with wins against Oklahoma, Florida, Alabama, and Kentucky. The Vols could possibly afford another loss and still reach the playoff. If Tennessee wins out -- a game against Georgia in Athens later this month looms large -- they'll be playing in the SEC Championship game in Atlanta with a chance to earn a first round bye in the College Football Playoff.

Do you think that beer can that came flying on the field could have cost us a touchdown? Some fans just don’t think

I wasn't trying to prove you wrong, I was just trying to get to the truth of it.
I just messed up. I heard an announcer say at the bama game that we had only allowed 20. I think he actually said we had not allowed 20. I know you weren't.....was all LULZ!
