Yes. He’s too offensive oriented in a league that demands great pitching on top of offense. For two years straight now, their BP is a huge weakness and liability that has cost them multiple games. Some of that is likely due to 3 pitching coaches in 3 years but at the end of the day it’s a problem. His boosters bought him the the most dominant Friday night guy we’ve seen in a decade and the still managed to finish 3rd or 4th in the league last year. If CTV had wanted to play and been “held hostage” to a kid, Skenes would’ve been in Knoxville but he ultimately refused to go down that road.
