Right in line with Obama's approval ratings for much of his presidency, especially his second term. 40% is not exceptionally low for a President.

I'm saying it's inexplicably high. That means that 4 out of 10 adults I come into contact with approve of Trump. Sadly, it's probably even higher in my area. And none of that has anything to do with Hillary.
