Hope that Croomster isn't phased by the change. My thinking is that he should just put on his winning smile, shake hands and say, "Welcome to Tennessee, Coach," then let his talent and effort take care of the rest. Jones wants to be here, and I'm sure he's glad that Croom is here too. The man understands why Croom and Bynum chose Tennessee. Jones also chose Tennessee.

Jason isnt phased by people, and you're right with jason's skill set and talent, he will take care of himself doesn't matter who the coach is to him; he came to make it do what it do.epper:
