I watched qualifying this afternoon, it was just absolute madness. The weather changed from dry to heavy rain a little over an hour in. There are 5 or 6 cars sharing each pit, I can't imagine how crazy it must get during the race.

Very exciting 500. Happy for the rookie. Non stop action up front all race long. Contrast that with the F1 race this morning. Not sure if that was typical for an F1 race, but it was an absolute snoozefest. I generally don't pay any attention to that series and after today I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Monaco is the narrowest track on the circuit. Don't judge the whole sport from one race. That said if constant passing is a pre requisite then F1 isn't going to make you happy.

Yeah, I like dicing it up for position. Pretty much the only position changes I saw were in the pits.

Monaco is more history and spectacle than anything.

The most compelling thing about that track is the elevation changes and how tight it is.
