Thanks man! That’s my baby lol I flirted with selling this past year but decided I’d hold on to it a little longer. I had a guest that used to come in to the hotel I worked at in Gatlinburg and brought me that helmet. It’s authentic and game used, it had an AP3 in the ear hole of it. Can’t figure out what time period it’s from though.

Well, exhibition to me as not a points event. Either way, they aren’t pandering. They are marketing and making it fun (and I’m an old guy).

NASCAR would be really stupid if they made the Daytona road course their summer Daytona race in the future. Taking away a superspeedway race that draws the most fans and TV viewership would be a death nail.

Driver Shawn Balluzzo dies after incident at Langley Speedway in Hampton.
From a little digging I did on twitter for more info. Seems like him and another car bumped. Shawn was then sent airborne into the wal front first. This was in turn 2 where the gate is. He hit at a really bad angle and hit hard. Someone posted it tore the front of the car up so bad it was pointed back to the firewall
