Looked like a racing deal to me. Mcdowell was on the outside, didn’t have much of a choice. Find it funny they interviewed Bubba afterwards but didn’t interview Mcdowell to get his side.

Look, I have no legitimate beef with Bubba. I really don’t, I have no problem with him doing his BLM car, wearing his t shirts, and honestly the Dega thing before the race(before the “noose”)was a powerful thing, but it should have been left at that. It’s every week they’re smooching his @$$.

Tonight was just racing, and racing for a million bucks at that. You’re not gonna get room, it happens. Ever since Bubba done the water bottle thing with Bowman last year, that really done it for me as far as having any respect for him on the track. Then takes his bumper to the 34 hauler? Come on man

Bodied? McDowell got mad he was getting moved out by the field and flat out spun him. Bubba had a right to be angry. You see what you want to see.

I don’t recall the incident, but yes. He definitely has his own temper to improve. Saw that in e-racing of all things.

Lulz. He made a Bristol racing move (bumper to move him over) on a slower car much like several others on the track tonight. McDowell turned left into him in the straight away.

Kyle and Logano cry all the time. Gtfo with that.

The replay appears to me that Byron got slightly into McDowell which made him clip Bubba.

That’s how I seen it too. Couple that with being on the outside and not really having anywhere to go, it was bound to happen.

I guess its just now that he's in the spot light now, so you see it more.

Last replay he turned down clear as day. There was no contact with Byron until after he hit bubba.

Again I could care less about bubba, but that was bush league.

Everybody wants old school Bristol where the drivers use their bumpers to move slower cars, but the drivers can’t handle it because they feel like they have been wronged. Get a pit stop, make your car better and pay the guy back later in the race.

I did just watch the replay. Didn’t watch the event last night live, just the highlights. I tend to believe McDowell retaliated on Bubba for Bubba using the classic ‘bump n run’.

Everyone knew it was coming, I'll never pull for him again. Had he stayed low key about it and not jumped on every liberal news show he'd been alright in most fans eyes. IMO
