I’m not confident in this year’s 500. I think there’s high potential for a snooze fest due to the shortage in cars. Some teams apparently do not have backup carS just for this race, much less for the upcoming season.

This year will be my first year ever going to Talladega. I have a wedding to attend in Atlanta that Saturday before and I’m going to stop at Talladega to see the race on my drive back to Memphis.

Haven't been since 2019 but it had gotten to where the party in the campgrounds was more exciting than the race at Talladega.

I think it’ll be good but I see where you’re coming from. Harvick went down with one car I know. I’m sure several others did.

He threw that block just a hair too late. 17 had the run but his anticipation of it was just a bit off. 22 will be strong Sunday.

Good betting dark horse for Sunday IMO would be either the 6 or 17.

I foresee this 500 being a pretty bad one. With a lot of teams having one car, and some having backups that are only half done drivers are going to be told not to destroy their rides.
